• * All benefits are subject to change at the discretion of the KCLF Secretariat.
• * Benefits are only available to buyers who have received official approval from the Secretariat.
• * Approved buyers are required to participate in pre-scheduled meetings with sellers (exhibitors) and attend on-site meetings during the event.

Buyer Registration Information

Pre-registered buyers will be able to schedule 1:1 meetings with exhibitors in advance, avoiding delays and on-site congestion.

• - Only one registration per account is allowed.
• - The 1:1 business matching system will open after exhibitor confirmation is completed.

We strongly recommend pre-registration for smooth participation in business matching.

• - On-site registered buyers will only be able to request meetings with exhibitors that are not fully booked at the time of registration.

Buyer Approval Policy

※Your registration may be placed on hold if:

• - Required information is missing (e.g., company name, contact name, or email address)
• - Proof of buyer status is insufficient (e.g., no business card or unclear identification)
• - The applicant is a general visitor, not an industry buyer
