Business Connecting

• Business Connecting : A 1:1 business meeting platform connecting participating companies with buyers from various distribution channels such as retailers, vendors, open markets, social commerce platforms, online malls, and offline stores.
• How It Works : On-site meetings are scheduled in advance through an online matching system.
• Date : July 17 (Thu) – July 18 (Fri), 10:00–17:00
• Location : Business Connecting Zone, Exhibition Hall

Eligibility for Business Matching

• Only registered and approved members (as sellers or buyers) are eligible to participate.
• Buyers : Approved companies registered as buyers for KCLF 2025

※ Exhibitors wishing to have business meetings with other exhibitors must register separately as a buyer using a different account.

Application Period

• July 1 – July 10 : via the online business matching system on the official website

※ If any meetings occur at booths outside the system, participating companies must still submit a “Business Matching Report.” (The report will be collected collectively.)

Matching Process (For Buyers)

※ This year’s matching will proceed based on buyer applications only (not mutual applications), to streamline the process and ensure meaningful results.

• 4. Organizer Finalizes and Confirms Meeting Schedules
• 5. Attend On-site Business Meetings

Interpretation Services

Interpreters will be available by country during the business matching sessions to support smooth communication between buyers and sellers.
