Registration process

    Download the application form and submit via
    cyber.coex.co.kr

    Approval
    KCLF overseas manager will approve the form and reply via e-mail
  • 3
    Prepare exhibition
    Exhibition Participation Preparation and Biz Matching Application
  • 4
    Fair opening
    Exhibition: July 18th (Thu) to 21st (Sun), 4 days
    Setup: July 16th (Tue) to 17th (Wed)
    Dismantling: July 21st (Sun) to 22nd (Mon)

Booth Allocation Criteria

Based on the information submitted at the time of application, booth placement priority will be assigned.

- Primary Evaluation Criteria: Participation in sponsorship, revenue (over 3 years), export performance (over 3 years), consecutive participation.
- Additional Evaluation Criteria: Promotion plans, ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) practices.

※ After approval of applications from all participating companies, booth allocation will be done at the discretion of the secretariat, followed by notification to participating companies.

    Equipment : Information desk per company (1,000 x 500 x 750) + 1 set of folding chairs
    Outlet : 2 outlets per company (multi-tab can only be used for length extension)

    All construction, such as walls, floor finishing, and power-supply, must be done by a partner designated by COEX.
