Greetings from the Secretariat of Korean Character Licensing Fair 2025.

Thank you very much for expressing your interest in participating in our fair.

We hope this fair serves as a valuable opportunity for you to discover leading K-character IPs and connect with Global IP businesses for future collaborations.

2. If you'd like to participate, please complete the attached Exhibitor Application Form for your preferred booth type and return it to us by email. (kclf@coex.co.kr)

Please note that there is no online registration system – all communications and submissions will be handled directly via email with our office.

The application form must be submitted by 16 May 2025, and following that, there will be a review period for approval.

We will notify you of the result once the review is complete. A detailed schedule will be shared in due course.
